| Manager, Industrial OT Connectivity |
|
Main Tasks
- As a product owner, you closely cooperate with the stakeholders and customers in production, technical services, and logistics to identify and understand business needs and industrial connectivity demands.
- You collect and evaluate specific, technical and operational requirements regarding IP based communication networks and IT infrastructure and develop customer specific implementation concepts based on our solution portfolio.
- You act in project teams, lead sub projects, support technology and service development and run regional roll outs of services to plants, run implementation activities and fulfillment of customer requests in close collaboration with our operational service providers.
- You drive the technology and service development of our OT specific services working closely with the product and service owner of the global product team.
- You apply our agile working methods and manage the OT Connectivity demand backlog.
- Within the team, as a multiplier, you will use your expertise to support a continuous exchange of knowledge and ensure efficient cooperation with internal business partners.
What we expect
- University degree in IT, engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- We are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in consulting and planning of IP networks or IT infrastructures.
- Deep knowledge of new communication protocols, service and technologies in the context of IIoT, Industry 4.0 and network technology.
- You preferably have experience working with automation technology at the interface between IT and OT or automation security.
- Knowledge in the area of mobile carrier networks and 5G is a clear plus.
- You have a creative and agile mindset and are familiar with agile tools and methods.
- You possess the following functional competencies: analytical thinking, problem solving, proactive entrepreneurial action, good self-organized way of working and strong team orientation in an agile environment, complemented by a customer orientation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
